Currently serve as a member on Waltham’s Community Preservation Committee.- Attended multiple HVAC contract walkthroughs of the Fernald School and believe the Fernald property could be a great asset to the city.
- Participated
on multiple 40 B and affordable housing projects in Waltham, Winchester, Burlingtonand Acton. - Currently involved in designing the heating system for a Habitat for Humanity Project.
- Reconstructed a federal style colonial house that is a green and lead certified house with solar and a backup generator.
Certified contractor for the MassSave loan program- Currently involved in Energy Star housing projects.
- President of the Boston chapter of RSES, an air conditioning education society that utilizes
Roberts Rule of Order. - Chairman of the HVAC student advisory committee for Minuteman Technical High School.
- Provided evaluations and recommendations for energy efficiency for the Waltham Boys and Girls Club.
- Contract with Neighborhood Housing of Quincy on
low income housing. - Have provided flood protection and water removal systems for residences and made determinations of flood versus
ground water .
